Anonymous, 21 May 2017Can you answer that kunal? Also, only one secure folder ... moreThanks to asking .

First question is about S Secure. You can great multiple "S Secure Folder" on your home screen. Each folder can have apps like to different account (like Google, Samsung) . Also these folder can be secure by different pattern and pin. I personally think it is the best feature. I mean suppose you are handling multiple clients/projects at one time. So you can create different gold to secure your work and protect them from mess in up. Alternative if you give your child to play with the device than you can save your work by creating secure folder to prevent them from accidentally accessing them.

As for second query, I seen a video on youtube few months back. It was from popular gadget series and they mentioned that officially Samsung has listed that J7 Prime will get Noughet update in India from July along with A5 (2106) which will may. I have already upgraded my father's A5 to Nouget. So I am now optimistic that my j7 prime will also get Nouget very soon. Regards.

gueast, 21 May 2017Good fine.Go for J5 if you need "Super Amoled" screen to use under sunlight and Samsung Pay.

Otherwise J7 Prime (32 GB) is good choice, it has everything do a normal to moderate user.

As for Sony devices, they have pros on camera. But cons is call quality anf network. If you want another device (along with your phone) just to use as camera and multimedia device than go for sony. But as main device Sony is not good. Regards.

Phone is okay in this price. But not as expected.
I have used many samsung phones.
And this is my Review about J7 prime.

            -Battery backup is good.
            -Cam is also ok.
-4G works nice in this phone.

-To many ads popups on notification & main screen which really irritates. Can be stoped. But its unnecessary.
-360 degree not working yet. (Can any1 help)
            -Auto brughtness feature is missing.
            -Sound quality is just ok.

            Overall phone is Ok.

manav, 21 May 2017Any body can tell me that should I buy Samsung j7prime or n... moreGalaxy J7 Prime is very capable device. It is good for normal to moderate users who spends more time on working rather than playing. But if you plan to play a lot of games like Asphalt, Dead Trigger than please avoid it.

As for your budget you can either buy J7 Prime (32 GB) or Galaxy On Nxt (64 GB) depending upon how much storage you need.

Also please note that J7 Prime will get Nouget update in July for sure.

(Personally I use 16 GB version, when I bought it I do not have a JIO SIM and 32 GB version was not available. But still 16 GB is good, but 32 GB is excellent for future.). Regards.

AnonD-542833, 20 May 2017S Secure do not hide any apps for app manager. But it will ... moreYeah, I know what it's use is.

So it's not possible to completely hide the app, anyone could still go to settings and see what apps you have installed.

Also, in some videos, I saw an "application manager" button in s secure settings, so are these hidden apps listed different from the general application manager?

But it will create vault in your.device where you can add apps which is locked by either a password or fingerprint sensor. Also not that you can set these apps differently. I mean a new email account, another whatsup account, another keep to arrange your office data etc. Regards.

Avnish, 20 May 2017Sir my phone samsung j7 prime my phone is any time hang and... moreFirst of all don't call me sir. Just Kunal will work

As for your device looks like it's cache memory is full and lots of apps are running on background. It happens to any android device.

To start with you must clean the cache memory immediately. Restart your device pressing "Volume up + Home + Power" buttons together. You will see few options. You can go up/down by pressing volume up and down buttons. First select "Clean cache memory or partition" and than press the power button to confirm. It will clean the cache. Now select the reboot option and do a normal restart.

Once the device is ready. Run smart Manager and notice the apps. Few apps like facebook/messenger etc store huge amounts of data which fills up the ROM. So either clean those data or uninstall them first and reinstall them.

Also check what apps you are using and which are taking space. Remove any app which is not used by you for last 7 days. If possible try apps like "Tapzo" and "Haptic"; one app can do multiple things, so it saves time and space. Also disable any preinstalled apps like Play Music or Hangout. They also takes memory and slows the device.

Last but not least. Make sure your memory card is class 10 and is not full. A class 4/6 memory card is cheap but also makes the device slow. Also never keep th3 memory card full of unessery data. Because apps like My files, gallery scans them and uses both RAM/ROM.

Another tip is never use free Wi-Fi as it is like opening your device to public. And install "Jio Securiry" if you are a jio user. This single app has lots of options to make your device fully secure. Otherwise you can try Clean Master app and antivirus. And never ever copy/move files from untrusted OTG and laptops/desktop.

Another thing is never install any APK file on your device. Just use Google playstore to get trusted apps. And please stay away from 3rd party launcher. They may look cool, customisable and less battery hungry. But in long run they will create more problems.

I think these tips will make your device faster and more responsive. Otherwise you can do a factory reset before taking back up and removing the memory card. It will remove any temp files, unwanted cache, suspicious files/folders from your device. Regards.
