after 127 mb update when i turn on data it just hangs there and does not work until i restart the phone or turn of the second sim they messed this update it was working fine before the update

Sumsung fan 999, 20 May 2017It's slow and sometimes it's not workJ7 Prime' S fingerprint sensor is fast and accurate. But as it is on front as home button, you can press it from many angles with your thumb. Unlike the back button like Moto devices where you only use index finger from single angle.
Anyway I will advice you delete old finger print data first. Than set up your right and left thumb first. Remember when you set up the finger print data, start with thumb on one side and than move slowly to other side untill the screen shows 100%. This way your device will set up correctly and wild work fast. Regards.

Fruit ninja is laggy and when i play gt racing 2 only for 2 mins phone gets a bit hot (its noticeable as my phone doesnt heat on anything else)
Will be thankful for any convenience.

bad things about this phone is fingerprint sometimes don't work.... and if u try unlock ur phone via fingerprint and if it fails to unlock 5times then ur phone will take 1min to give u another chance. If u fails on 2nd chance ur phone will take 2mins... then if u fails on 3rd time then ur phone will take 5mins to give u another chance.

anonymous, 19 May 2017oh please, don't try to impress me with how many mobiles yo... moreI am not here to sell any Samsung device to anyone. But I share my experience and help people to solve their issues.
As for Honor Nova. I have never seen that device in any store in my city . But yes I tried Honor 5C and 5X. They look good but I choose Galaxy over them. I will no comment about 5C or 5x as good or bad., because in 10 minutes demo you can't On7 everything about the devices.
As for telling everyone buying J7 Prime; I have never done that. In fact I have already said that I does not have a "Super Amoled" and NFC like A5 or J7. So I you want to use the device mostly I daylight and virtual payment Than ago it. Also I have mentioned many to that this device do not support heavy gaming because of week GPU and 16 GB ROM.
But again I will say it is reliable device do normal/casual becuase of the build quality, no heating issue , long battery life, innovative feature (Knox, S Secure, ultra saving mode, one hand use), Samsung apps ( S focus, S Health, S Note) etc. Last but not least it screen is easy on eyes specially if you wear power glasses like me. So do one thing ... moreMay be you can't read clearly. She mentioned that when she used the device to talk she can clearly hear his voice but he did not hear voice on the other side. But when she used the headphones which has a microphone he heard her voice.
So, clearly the device has a defective microphone. Any reader who know proper English can understand that.
Hence before you give advice make sure you understand the problem and than give an advice. Otherwise please do not show that your English is week. Regards.

Also I J7 Prime, A5 and On7 Pro; so I am active only in these threads. I do not make any comment or his any device I have never used. If you want to argue than talk to those user who are complaining about massive heat or camera issue in Mi Note 4 forum. If you can shut them off than I will h more happy. Regards.

I have 3 device in home including J7 Prime, A5 (2017) and On7 Pro. I use mostly J7 Prime. The A5 Iike J5 e.g. a super amoler display and NFC. But Super Amoled is very harsh for my eyes. Anyway i will advice you to visit a Samsung shop and take a demo. Than decide what is best for you. Also both device will get Noughet update I few weeks. Regards.

Than few other devices. For now S and A already started to get Nouget. I personally updated my father's A5 (2016) to Nouget last week. It was an easy and fast update. So now I am waiting for my J7 Prime. I know it will take 1 or 2 months maximum, but still it is worth it. Regards.
