Every thing in this phone is owsom 1 thing witch could not win my heart
It's camera quality
J7 prime could not beet the j2 camera quality worst quality like 5 megapixel

Never buy Samsung Galaxy j7 prime or any Samsung mobiles. there are many options in the market .I have purchased Samsung Galaxy j7 Prime in 15 October 2016. I have never seen this cheap quality of Samsung in the matter of mobile phones. I have got my mobile serviced in service centre for the 6 times but my mobile is unable to function well till today dated 13th of May 2017. I have written to CEO of the company in the complaint columns and Share the problems of j7 prime but still I am suffering from problems of this cheap Samsung Galaxy j7 prime mobile is really not working and no use of phone.
Problems are as below:-
j7 Prime restarts automatically 20 times in a day daily everyday.
J7 Prime hangs more than 20 times in a day in a regular basis and finally I have to restart my mobile 20 times in a day I think I should go to consumer court or file a RTI ...?
totally disappointed from this particular j7 Prime mobile.

Another disappointing day for me. Just discovered my SanDisk class 10, 16 GB card is not detected by my J7 Prime for last few days. I tried this card on different devices and even in my laptop. It is corrupted and nothing I can do. Anyway I have few images most of them are uploaded in my Instagram has lost. Other documents like pdfs, images, music is still on my other devices. So, not a huge loss. But still a loss as this is just 2 year old card and I used only in my old 540 and now J7 Prime.
Anyway I ordered a second Samsung Evo class 10, 32 GB memory card from Amazon great Indian sale. It is my second Samsung card and I bought first one on last October which is for my On7 Pro.
Anyway from now I will not recommended or advice SanDisk card to anyone. Regards.

I am using both j7 prime and j7 2016
J7 2016 is better than j7 prime in gaming
And j7 prime heating problem it over heat

Ok completed upgrading fathers A5 (2016) to Nouget. It take me about 45 minutes. Overall the process is smooth.
As for changes. The Notification panel and setting menu has huge changes. It reminds me of my 540. Also noticed few little changes in Phone and contact app. Still have to check other things yet. Overall Nouget has not big improvement on looks on Marahmellow but on security. Regards.

Finally my A5 (2016) is receiving Nouget update now. It is 985.85 MB file. I hope in few days my J7 will also get it. Regards.

hi my samsung j7 prime having trouble in using dual sim every time dialed the number it makes me irritated but i used the grand prime before it easy to dialed the number for this j7?not good...can u fix it samsung??? P.S dont believed if its because of the service provider

i review a lot about this hp. I like this hp very much. Already bought 2 unit. For me and my my wife. Also got rebate RM 200 each after trading my old tablet and my samsung mega2. Cost around RM 999.00 X 2. Memory 32gb ... best buy

For all the so called gamers out there,If you are interested in gaming, just go get a console or a gaming pc,Stop making bad comments about a phone which offers you almost everything.I have been using it since 1 month, I agree that it had lag issues while heavy gaming but after the update I can run asphalt 8 smoothly.And for the people who are looking to buy a phone under 18k or 17k just go for j7 prime 32gb variant.I have a 16gb one due to shortage of stock at our area but believe me it works totally perfect and the battery life is really amazing it can easily last you up to 2 days of normal usage.

Good Phone...though the processor might act up during gameplay. Also the audio levels are not that great.
