I'm thinking about this phone or the a5 2017. Is it advisable to use either phone as a workout phone? I'm worried that even if the a5 has an ip rating, the sweat may still damage it.

Mira, 14 May 2017Hi im stuck to choose between j7 prime and iphone 6 which a... moreWell, it depends on your taste. Both the J7 prime and iphone 6 are fabulous but it's down you. I've compared the J7 prime to alot other phones like Htc X9, samsung On5(2016), Lg power realeased 2015, and believe me J7 prime is a good performer compared to this mid range mobiles but there are always pros as well as cons.
Camera: J7 prime boast of 13mp rear camera and iphone 6 8mp, but believe me J7 prime is no match for iphone6 camera both rear and front camera.
Battery: This is where J7 will always have the upper hand even against high end phones, 3300mAh is no joke. It can last 12hrs (a whole day) even with heavy usage at normal mode; what about when on S power mode, 2 days I guess and Ultra mode? Up to a month... Kidding, but Ultra mode reduces mobile functionality to the lowest minimum. I doubt if iphone 6 can last 5hrs with heavy usage.
Functionality: Both iphone 6 and J7 prime can do the basic things a smartphone suppose to do but thinking outside the box, J7 prime will be a better option especially with its USB On-The-Go features. You've not heard of USB OTG??? Ask google.
No doubt iphone6 is fabulous especially when it comes privacy, and also there are a lot more sensors on iphone 6 than in J7 prime. One of which is compass. I personally was not satisfied with samsung for not including compass sensor which is one of the basic sensors in smartphone. Why will you call your mobile a smartphone when it can't even point-out where is North or South... So frustrating!!!
Also iphone 6 boast of barometer sensor but it's not widely used among amateur users.
Also samsung left out NFC from the J7 prime which is also frustrating but if you use NFC only for e-payment then Samsung pay has your back, it works for most NFC enabled and disabled mid and high-end phones but we know NFC is more than just e-payment an advantage to iphone 6 over J7 prime.
All said both phones comes fingerprint sensors though j7 prime accepts 3 fingers iphone 6 accepts 4. Well to balance the up, getting a smartwatch will cover up for NFC and compass. $70 can get you a good watch with both features.
Cost: I have been getting reviews that J7 prime is over priced. But with 3GB RAM, 13MP, fingerprint sensor, absence of NFC and Compass, I think the cost is just okay. Well iphone6 with its features isn't a bad call either for its cost. But for me J7 prime is a better option based on cost.
For me I will advice you to go for the J7 prime over iphone 6. All because of more functionality you have with android devices than iOS. Did I forget to say that J7 prime will be getting 7.0 Nougat by July/August. What are you waiting for, go get yourself a J7 prime. But going for samsung On7(2016) or Galaxy S6 will be a better option though more costly than J7 prime, it falls in the same price range as iphone 6.

Hi im stuck to choose between j7 prime and iphone 6 which as we know iphone 6 was produced in 2014 while j7 prime is in 2016...could anyone's suggest me to choose which one is better to have? Thanks
