Oppo has also a very poor customer service and has very limited accesories.

Hi do you have issues on its nOtifications? I can't hardly hear the set sound and can't feel it vibrate when I receive text messages.
I've tried adjusting the volumes and the like but it's too low. The ringtone's oket though. Thanks

i perchesed samsung galaxy j7 prime before 3 months after the update it got start hanging problem. no battery back up ,i am really disappointed from samsung mobile
in short i west my mony and time .

Definitely Superb Phone IT IS, But sometime Finger Sensor doesn't work properly, The Problem is Example# I Have Set My old finger but whenever i try to another then this mobile is taken that WRONG!!! Finger even i sometime tried to my elbow also, this is also taken...So, Please make it sure all Finger Print is much more OK than J7 Prime.
This is My Burning requesting to Samsung as a Fan of SAMSUNG, If it become OK for S8 then i might bought.

Superb phone i use.best camera.fast fingerprint .newer stuck .i am playing modern combact 5 and other many good games.phone speed is good.ram is also good.it is one of best phones in the world.🔫🔫🔫🔫

I think this forum is to discuss about user reviews, issues, tips etc about Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime. I am using one for last few weeks and I can help/share anyone here with my knowledge and experience. Other than that I will not argue which brand is the best or which device has the best specs in the price range. Also I can assure about some other Samsung devices including On7 Pro (which is my secondary device) and J Max tab/A5 (2016) which my father uses. Thanks for reading. Regards.

J7 2016 has super amoled display than y did u removed it in j7 prime, even price is way to high should be 14k far 32GB variant

Display time out doesn work. I set it for 15 secs but even with no activity it remains on unless manually locked. Feel hopeless

All of the Samsung devices has their own "opportunities" regarding on their make/model. However, it is not always the manufacturer's fault if the devices did not met your satisfactions. You can't blame them. Why? They are not the ones who are using the mobile device. Always, the device is their concern, but how we use it is not. Again, "it always depends on how you will be using the device; not about its make."
If you're into picture-taking or cameras, pick a phone that would truly meet that expectation. If you're a heavy-gamer, pick a phone that would be fitted for a gamer.
Do not always compare "flagship phones" to "semi mid-range" to "mid-range" and so on. They have their own uses that's why they also belong to different categories depending on the consumers' use.
