But then again, the color quality is good and it did not met any dissatisfaction for me. Honestly and without any bias.

Again, it's not always from the device's end, it always depending on how you use it.

For you guys not to have problems at all, make sure to buy at the Official Samsung Stores at the malls near you. I fully suggest that and not to buy on any unauthorized retailers/dealers.

1. Are you sure that you bought the original one?
2. Did you buy your phone to the official Samsung boutique?
3. Did you even bother to call the Tech Support/Customer service of Samsung to get it fixed?
If not, do it first. Why? I've had that phone since December. And up to now, I have no issues and my J7 Prime works perfectly great. :-)

My friends say people purchasing samsung smartphomes are fools. But still i purchased this J7 prime and ever since am regretting. My friends are using Oppo, Vivo, Mi and Lenovo smartphones.
They were right paying high price for such a crap.
Its always good to buy phone only after comparing.
J7 prime is worst phone.. No auto brightness, fingerprint sensor not working, no snapdragon processor, camera worthless than 5k chinese products, cheap TFT Display color seems faded or washed out. Phone hangs every next day. You have to restart always after 2 days.
Gaming also lags..
Unlike other chinese brands which offers everthing in single smartphone at this range.
Truly i am fooled this time.
I will crush this phone into pieces and buy Oppo or vivo or MI Smartphone.

R24, 23 Feb 2017Plzzz give your personal reviwe about j7 prime. How is the ... moreIt is a better all rounder device with long battery life, no heating issues and good apps support. If you are already using Samsung device than it is the best option to upgrade. Also if you are from other brands than it will also be a good choice. But if you want a device for heavy gaming than it will be not a good choice.

karecia, 24 Feb 2017not really nick, there very nice phone if you ask me....I am using Samsung for last few years and I will not change to anything. Also I have a Samsung fridge and planning to buy a washing machine. I am not fan of just Samsung elctonics alone, but a fan of also Korean philosophy and culture.
As for Galaxy devices they are pretty reliable, durable and problem free. I have not faced any hardware issues with them ever. I got 5 galaxy in my home including S (7362), J Max, J 7 Prime, On7 Pro and A5 (2106). All my devices works great. Even my almost 4 years old Trend or S (7362) is working well with a new battery.
Also Samsung apps are great tools. Apps like S Note, S Health, S Translator, S Focus are must for any series worker.
