legend, 22 Jan 2017kunalmzr how about a7 2017I have not tried A7 2017, but it must be a better choice. I took a demo of A7 2016 in the shop. It was also a good device. But it was too big for my budget and hand.

Sandeep, 22 Jan 2017Can i buy Samsung Galaxy On 7 (2016) Phoneyes, you can buy On 7 Pro which is good reliable device. It looks great and works well. I have installed a lot of apps on it and everything is doing good. As for cons, it do not have a fingerprint sensor and VR videos like some other Chinese phones offer. But it has 3 proper slots and removable battery which is 3000 MiH. Also supports JIO SIM which I am using for last few weeks. And last thing is On 7 Pro (not On 7 2015), is only available in Amazon India. You can read my review there also.

I use the J7 Prime and father uses A5 (2016). I found the J7 Prime better as it has more RAM, little lighter , big screen and extra security feature like KNOX and Secure folder. Also the LED indicator is in the J7 Prime makes life little easier. I mean you can know when the device charges fully or a new notification is there. Last but not least the battery in J7 Prime is 3300 MiH and in A5 it is 2900 MiH. My only concern is J7 feels little sleepy in hand than the A5. But I use leather flip covers in all my devices. Another important thing is J7 comes in Black which I got, whereas A5 in gold. Overall I am happy with my J7 and use it for official works. Other than all the apps can be installed in both the devices and works great.
Unless you need an AMOLED screen (trust me there is not very much difference in the colors of the J7 and A5, unless you are an very experienced color artist, actually I was an digital compositor and worked in colors for few years) you can go for J7 Prime with more feature, battery life and saving few hundred bucks. My final advice, visit a nearby shop, try both for few minutes and than buy the one which suits you. Regards.

It depends on also the processor type, GPU and build of the device. I will not say that not this or that particular game will not run, but may lag or run in minimum display settings. Anyway I am not a hardware expert or a heavy gamer now a days. So, I will given specific advice. All I can say is that my J5 Prime, One 7 Pro and A5 (2016) are running quite well for the normal usage. I am not pushing them to the edge and happy with them. Regards.

J7 Prime is a very Good Phone except for
1 - their is no Gyro Sensor which is needed to work the compass out
2 - The loudspeaker / Ringer is too low comparing to other phones
3 - the touch is heavy comparing to J7 2015
4 - Focus of the camera is not perfect though its good

teju , 22 Jan 2017can i buy for j7 2016..for heavy gaming performance...Thanks for asking. I will not advice J7 Prime for heavy gaming. At 2 GB RAM and 16 ROM without the ability to move apps to SD card, it is not perfect choice for gaming. In stead you should try other powerful devices like Mi Note 4 or LeeCo 2S or Levevo K6 series devices. Those are powerful to handle heavy games. Also you will get VR experience in Lenevo devices with Dolby Atmos sound feature. But before you buy any other device, please read their reviews and watch youtube videos. I can't take responsibility of any other brand which I have never used.
