ugliest and worst phone. it has non.removable battery which makes it unusable if any malfunction occurs.

Jimmy, 23 Jan 2017I'm doin the same bt not able to take itPress and hold power and Home key simultaneously for few seconds.
Note: You must press both button together at the same time fast enough.
Suggestion:
Count 1, 2, 3 and quickly press and hold power and Home key (don't let it go) until you can see a flash screen.
It is not easy at first but after a few try and error, you will surely make it.

I buy j7 prime 2 weeks pass ago. Phone no noticeable issue and phone is faster. You buy the phones good for the money. I like j7 prime like now.

liking Samsung brand even it had very bad history? Battery problem (bomb battery). trust me no one in this world had smooth samsung mobile after 1yr to 2yrs.all phone of samsung is laggers in the end. at first it will make you happy so goodluck choose wise.i go for OPPOF1S or NOKIA 3210 than choosing this :)

Jay , 22 Jan 2017Usually , my J7 Prime have screen on time of 7hr to 8hr ..I... moreAgree with you. J7 Prime has excellent battery life because of the ExyNos SOC and 3 GB RAM. Initially I was worried about the SOC. But after using if for last few weeks, I felt that ExyNos is also as good as Snapdragon and better than MediaTek.
As for battery life, it last longer than my A5 (2016) and One 7 Pro which also comes with around 3000MiH battery.

Dont buy this phone if you dont want your money to be wasted. it looks good but performance wise its 3GB RAM is is pathetic. its gaming performance is also not that good as compared to price. if you want a good phone in this range go for Honor 6x.
