I am using Samsung j7 prime model number SM G610F/DS it's not updating to android naugat 7.0.
Can any one tell me about this. I looked another same set it was upgraded to android 7.0.

It is amazing to watch that Old J7 Prime is better, and more popular than New J7 Pro.........

Everything was fine in Marshmallow but since upgrading my J7 prime to Nougat 7.0, I am facing a serious battery consuming problem. My phone's battery drops down very quickly. If someone knows how to solve this problem, I shall be grateful.

Im using j7 prime 2018 for only 3 months! it keeps on restarting even im on a game, and the apps are crushing. It still have 3/4 of of its internal and external memory each.f**k

screen is TFT, j7 2016 still wins with AMOLED display. This phone is not good.

Dont buy any "J Series" in Asia countries specially in the Philippines like J7 Prime, J7 Pro, J7 Prime 2 because Samsung will only make you wait for a years for the upgrade of their OS then after 1 to 2 years boom they wil say their will be NO upgrade for your J Series phones like Samsung J7 Prime which they promise they will upgrade it but we here in the Philippines didnt received any Nougat update for our J7 Prime for almost 1 year and 3 months... Buy any phones except Samsung specially their J Series phones dont purchase any J Series Phones for Samsung bec. they will only make u wait for years then after a year that they will say their will be NO upgrade for your phone... Samsung doesnt care for the satisfaction of their customers but only for their market strategies poor Samsung... Samsung for the inconvenience u have done by not upgrading our J7 Prime to Nougat specially those "Y Variants" here in Asian countries specially in the Philippines for sure you will loose many customers and your Samsung will go down...

Iam using samsung j7 prime. It is very nice(smooth )phone ever. long lasting 3300 mAh battery capacity enough for us buy Samsung Galaxy j7 Prime better then Pro.

Jak, 22 Mar 2018I bought j7 prime in dubai and send it to my daughter in ph... moreBec. you bought it in Dubai and its Variant is F Variant thats why it has Nougat upgrade but if you bought it hete in the Philippines that has Y Variant for sure u will not get Nougat update
