Anonymous, 20 Mar 2018hi, im using the j7 prime duos, at times my phone freezes u... moreRun the "Device maintenance" from settings menu once a day at least. Also you can add a widget to Hone menu which is faster way to access it.
Last but not least, probably you have not cleaned your cache since you have bought the device. If possible you can clean it by booting in safe mode at your own risk or do it by someone who know is experienced. Regards.

Samsung what happenes to the upgrade of Nougat for our G610Y? We didnt recieved any update for Nougat... this is sick your only choosing what countries you want yo upgrade... J7 Prime G610Y was a selling Samsung ohone here in the Philippines but it didnt received any Nougat update for Nougat ... Shame on Samsung...Never buy Samsung Phones

hi, im using the j7 prime duos, at times my phone freezes up in apps and wont move, screen wont touch or back out unless i press the home button, anyone have this issue?

DEAR SAMSUNG,
Samsung you are aware of the consequences you have done by not upgrading our phone J7 Prime almost 1 year ang 6 months since you release this phone J7 Prime and you have said that we will received Nougat but the only country that received Nougat was India and other European Countries that has F Variants while the Philippines and other Asian countries did NOT received any Nougat update... many filipinos here in the Philippines loves Samsung but the way you handle your upgrade it seems you only care for F Variants European countries but Not Asian Countries... Samsung you have neglected your duties to upgrade all the countries who has J7 Prime specially the Y Variants... So we have a group for J7 Prime Philippines many of us is angry and sad bec. Samsung Customer Support said that we will not get Nougat update for J7 Prime Y Variants user... we Filipino people are so pissed for the decisions you have made Samsung so we have decided NEVER to buy Samsung phones here in the Philippines bec. Samsung doesnt care for Y Variants and only cares for F Variants for the upgrade of Samsung... Your phones here in the Philippines that you are selling will go down remember that SAMSUNG...

I would like to share my feelings and thoughts about Samsung that im really dissapointed on SAMSUNG bec. when it comes to Y Variants they are very poor in upgrading their softwares like this j7 prime G610Y i have today so a little bit reminder dont ever buy J Series and A Series phones in the Philippines and other Asiam countries bec. they will only make u wait for years for the upgrade then suddenly boom No more update for Y Variants specially in the Philippines... buy other brands bec. They have quick update on their softwares and they dont chose what countries they will upgrade

ramprasad, 18 Mar 2018am updated yesterday nougat version.software updated.but os... moreGo to a nearby service center. They will help you. If you know how to do a factory reset then do it by yourself. I think when upgrading the OS, the process did not finished properly. Or there is some old apps/data on the device which is crashing the new OS. In any case resetting the device is the best to avoid more issues. But do it on your own risk or visit a nearby Samsung service centre. Regards.
