I would like to share my feelings and thoughts about Samsung that im really dissapointed on SAMSUNG bec. when it comes to Y Variants they are very poor in upgrading their softwares like this j7 prime G610Y i have today so a little bit reminder dont ever buy J Series and A Series phones in the Philippines and other Asiam countries bec. they will only make u wait for years for the upgrade then suddenly boom No more update for Y Variants specially in the Philippines... buy other brands bec. They have quick update on their softwares and they dont chose what countries they will upgrade

If you know how to do a factory reset then do it by yourself. I think when upgrading the OS, the process did not finished properly. Or there is some old apps/data on the device which is crashing the new OS. In any case resetting the device is the best to avoid more issues. But do it on your own risk or visit a nearby Samsung service centre. Regards.

As for the memory card slot, J7 Prime has 3 proper slots for 2 nano SIMs and 1 Memory card. They are located on left side of the device when the screen is facing your face. Top slot is for 1 SIM and bottom Slot is long which house the second SIM and Memory card. you need a pin to push in the hole to bring the tray. You must have got a pin in your original package. It is a simple process for anyone who has experience. But for newbies it can be very dangerous as wrong SIM/Memory card on wrong slot or placed in wrong direction can damage the tray or stuck in the housing or damage it permanently. I will advice you to visit a nearby service center immediately and ask them to help you. Regards.

And if your using a J7 Prime, then visit a nearby service center for immediate assistance. Don't try any silly thing and damage the device. Regards.

But sometimes when I unlocked the device, brightness is set to high wheras slider is lowest. So I locked and unlock it again. Second time brightness is right. Never faced this issue in Marshmallow. It is good when I am in sun light, but not when I am in dark place. Regards.

AnonD-721921, 15 Mar 2018For your information j7 prime is also good for gaming purpo... moreFirst of all I have never said that J7 Prime is for not gaming. I personally play NFS No Limit, Clash of clan, Hay Day, Real Racing 3 on it. And never faced any real issue on it.
But still I will say if you want a device for pure gaming only, then at this price a snapdragon 6XX series chipset is better with more RAM and ROM. Nothing else. Regards.

In that case replace the... moreFor your information j7 prime is also good for gaming purpose and i am playing heavy games on it like asphalt 8, injustice and asphalt xtreme etc and yes there are some games which are not running good but problem is not with a device or a chipset.. the problem is with game. You should read all the reviews of players with different devices in play store.
