I have to play Mobile Legend without having me to stop in the middle of them game due to the touch pad. It suddenly stop responding and I have to re-tap the screen to move back and forward. It was so annoying. I thought it because of my screen protector but when I removed it, boom same problem happened again. Is anyone having the same problem as I am? or I am the only one? I searched in internet almost all J7 PRIME users having the same problem

Im just gonna share my 1year and 2months experi... moreDamn bro, I too have some issues on my J7 prime but I didn't have any touchscreen or overheating issues.. well not yet and hopefully, I never will. This phone does lag on some demanding games but not everything. My main problem however is the "white spot" that can only be visible when you're reading a text message or surfing a webpage with white background. My white spot is located on the upper right side of the screen. I just noticed it last december 2017 and I just bought this last May 2017. So frustrating.

Hello guys. Im just gonna share my 1year and 2months experience about this phone. First thing is, its not worth it, To be honest there are many issues about this phone. The most common issue about this is the "Touch screen problem", Trust me I have tried everything to fix that problem.I did some research about it and I even tried to go to a samsung center and they said that they fixed it but they didn't. Then I rooted my phone and tried custom roms and still no good. Anyways next issue is the intense lag on games and the overheating problems these issues are not much of a big deal to me but its combined with the touch screen problem thats why it became a "big deal" to me. If your a guy who play's games that has a joystick you know what I feel(Especially mobile legends player's😂).Its sad because of year 1 and 2 months of using this phone there was no solution to those problems. The lagging problem and slow charging problem I fixed by installing a custom rom(It requires your phone to be rooted). There are more better phones than this one, like Huawei , oppo etc. Mostly some samsung J,C,A series are not worth it because phones like this with lots of issues wont be solved, Samsung focuses on their newer products like S series so if any of the S series get an issue it gets fixed in a flash. There are alot more issues that I have encountered but the one that I mentioned are the most common issues in j7 prime. Soo yeaah for me its probably not worth it. I am now using huawei honor 7x with no regrets.

Samsung should really notice the huge delay on PH users' Nougat, it's really bugging hundred thousands of people >;(

I just bought this phone and when I tried to play mobile legend my touch screen would be really bad. I have to re-tap the screen to move forward or back. One of the better purchases I've made in a while. Been using it since 8 months. Battery life has decreased after nougat but it still lasts me a day with about 7.5 hours screen on time (calling, email, Samsung health, WhatsApp, YouTube, web browsing, casual gaming, social media apps)
Camera is pretty average. Give it good lighting and it produces respectable shots. Front facing camera could use better processing.
Display is good. No issues with brightness. Visible clearly under direct sunlight.
There are frequent app crashes and instability but overall a pretty decent phone.
