I have taken the device but they say its damaged maybe due to water or pressed screen but It never get wet or been pressed Idk why it happened.Actually one can marely see it as it is only viasible when background is white and after a close look.It is very minor one and does not show on other backgrounds .I think its not a big deal or worth repalacing.I am not replacing the device.I will use the device as long as it does not mess with overall display.Except this device is smooth and fine

Anonymous, 23 Feb 2018Samsung company is doing good but the J7 prime is the worst... moreHanging and heating issue is user specific, not device one. As a user, you should know what is your true need and what is the strength of your device. I don't know what app you are trying to run or how many apps you use multitasking or have you run "Device Maintainece" app every few days or not. There could be many reasons before blaming the device.
As for me, I will be very honest. I never faced the hanging issue on my device. But yes when I tried some very heavy graphics such as Asphalt or Dead Trigger on the very high setting, my device lagged or felt unresponsive. Other than that I have no such experience. regards.

You can repair it. Only you have to replace the whole display set. I will not advise you to do it unless you are fond of the device or has emotional value. But you should sell it to a repair shop and buy a new better device. Regards.

saadi, 19 Apr 2017which one is better guyz samsung j7prime or huwaei p9 li8?Samsung company is doing good but the J7 prime is the worst cell phone in the market. Hanging n never tend to catch the nearest server... I post it with experimentation only.. just a loser to buy this cell phone while available in the market for first time

First charging issue and now white spot on screen which won't be claimed by service centre.Its really a big disappointment by Samsung..I'll. Never buy a mid range by samsung again
