Why can I not find an option for fingerprint sensor? It's not in my lock screen and security settings. I'm so confused, I've heard a lot of people say theirs won't work anymore but I haven't heard of them not having it all on their J7 Prime. Please help!!

Anyway, 2 GB is still good for normal use and light multitasking. I got another On7 Pro with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM which works well for me. As for your device ti should be enough unless you need to run a heavy game or multitasking. Regards.

sketa, 10 Feb 2018its not even showing simcard manager?but has both sim slots... moreIf your using Nouget then go to settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager. Now open it and set the SIMs. Make sure Network Mode is correct and set to "Auto Mode" for best use. and also it is "On".
But if you are using Marsmellow, then go to Settings > SIM Card Manager directly and set the above things same. Hope it works.
Otherwsie take help of someone who is expereinced to avoid waste of time and energy. Regards.

sketa, 10 Feb 2018my j7 prime has 2 X sim slots but only reding one sim?Both the SIM slots in J7 Prime works well. If your one slot is not working, then there may 3 possibilities.
First, maybe the SIM is faulty. In that case, you should check it in the other slot or another device.
Second, the SIM may be a 4G one, but in your setting, it selected as 3G/2G or vise versa. In that case, you have to make sure proper setting is applied e.g. 4G for 4G and so on.
Third, maybe second slot is disabled by accident by someone else and you are not aware of it.
My final advice, collect a new 4G nano (or smart SIM as we call here) from your Service Provider and visit a nearby Samsung store to take help. Tell those guys to fit it. If you are not experienced, than do not experiment it the SIM and device, you may cause major issue. Regards.
