Camera -> Front camera takes atleast 1-2 secs for stabilising..Not upto the mark
GUI -> Hangs periodically for many apps
Touch -> Poor quality..single touch is not enough most of the time..

I bought j7 prime from Saudi. this phone not support 4g Volte in india. Samsung customer support center not support to enable 4g volte. They not relese volte updates for this phone...
very bad mobile and samsung support

After doing research in the market,got this phone,an all rounder I would say,not only in terms of build quality but also in terms of performance.I think Samsung is better than Xiaomi or other manufacturers (don't want to harm anyone's reputation,it's based on my views and my personal experience),because of it's services and quality products.Unlike the other counterparts,Samsung has placed well trained people at their customer care,who are really nice in assisting their customers.
Regarding phone :
Corning Gorilla Glass,exynos 7870,HMP (Heterogeneous multiprocessing),Knox security,Samsung pay mini,3300mAh battery,necessary sensors,403 ppi display...best in class

hello..
i have bought Samsung J7 Prime 2 from India and i have used it for few hours. currently iam in Saudi Arabia and am Unable to use here. it asks for Network PIN number. I got PUK Code number of my Sim and still its unsuccessful. can someone Guide me?

Sanam , 11 Jun 2018Battery drained automatically.....like in night when I slee... moreCheck background apps, maybe something is draining very fast for example Instagram is heavy consumer of battery or some game like PUBG. But 10 percent per night is pretty good, 5 to 10 is good. Also check mobile network maybe signal is draining your battery, if you dont use 3g/4g just switch to 2g or 2g/3g auto and It will be fine.
