Without using home... moreDownload a screenshot app that lets you do it another way.
Or find gestures in settings and set screenshot for whatever gesture you want, like sliding up/knocking etc.

I had my J7 PRO updated 2 months ago to the Pie version 9.0 and no issues were found. I like it better and it became a lot more user-friendly. I wonder if it can still be upgraded once the Pie 9.0 becomes obsolete?

or ask to repairer to clean it with WD40 . hope your issue will be resolve.

My phone turn off after every 15 Sec before it turn off it will display device overheating and then turn off also I can't charge it when its on it will be making noise and when turn off to charge it will start vibrating and will be displaying device overheating

2. Better camera. The selfie camera in particular is much better than A20 as well as compared to most phones.
3. ANT+
A20 will only give you better battery and design.

I did the android pie update and I don't have any problems with it. My battery usage is still normal. I never had any issues with crashing apps and all or what not. I got the phone June of last year and I have never faced any problems even by the time that update my phone from android nougat to oreo. I also never faced any issue with the screen at all. Not even once. I guess I'm just lucky.

Gayan, 25 Jul 2019I did latest update. After then phone is not work properly.... moreYes I agree with you about the phone being slower. It also uses more power. Android 9 disables the GPS battery saving mode. I ended up reinstalling android 8.1 on mine and turned off the auto update.

I did latest update. After then phone is not work properly. FB is slow, phone apps are slow and others. I'm not happy about new update.

After the update to Pie, some of my apps are crashing. And my message app has some issues. Plus my phone battery life decreases fast compared to my battery before the update. 😪

I didnt get yet i have pending update of old security patch of april . So i means i have to install patch then after i will get the new pie update.
