after the update i am facing a problem that the vibration sometimes works normally and sometimes doesn't work at all .. any one faced this issue or the problem is all about my phone and i have to fix it ?!

After i updated to pie when i charge my phone and try to turn it on right after the charging sound it won't open it takes like 2-3 tries before it open/turn on the screen. Does anyone has the same type of problem? How to fix this?

After 9.0 PIE my j7pro crashed, it fell from like 20cemtimeters in a plastic box, now it doesnt turn on anymore and i have a black screen, but my phone still vibrates, anyone know what to do?

In pie how we transfer internal storage files to sd card, because in move option only secure folder shown.

it will open a screen showing level of light from 1 to 5
chose the level you prefer
