    Ive been using these phone for almost 2 years, the only problem is I need to charge my phone from 0% to 100% for 4hours. Im using the original charger and cable, does anyone experience this?

      j7pro had phone lest then year . received pop up notice that up grade was available and to down load, did as instruct to. took about 20 minutes , after complete PHONE WOULD NOT BOOT UP AND HAS NOT WORKED SINCE. Any help please.

                    My experience with this phone is somehow different from what other people has experienced this phone.

                    My experience was utter crap, it was lagging in Mobile Legends in low settings, especially in clashing. And for that price point too! Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 cost less than this phone but it performs really well.

                        I've been using this phone since june of 2018 and its still working fine. never had to replace the screen , didn't have any problems with the oreo update and the phone still runs smooth. battery backup still works like it is fresh out from the factory. I mean , its just a matter of how you use your phone. you just cant blame the manufacturer if something happens to the screen because YOU dropped it. you cant blame the manufacturer if your phone runs slow lags all the time just because of the many apps that you have installed to it. be a responsible user/consumer. think before you talk. think before you post anything.

                                      I have purchased J7 pro 9 months earlier and suffered from screen problem three times in short span of time. I was told by samsung service center that you must have given pressure on screen but than also they changed my screen.Do u think without there fault company will change anyone handset screen.......?I had a conversation with samsung concerned person but did not get any proper solution.It is better to move to other company handset.bye bye SAMSUNG......ur days are over

                                        I love Samsung, but the J7 Pro is useless! I had to replace LCD screen in 3 months, had to replace it again a few weeks later. And after update I can't use my phone and I still have a year to go with my contract.
