I updated my device early today and the touchpad stopped working.
Before now I had replaced the LCD myself (I'm a technician) and the screen was having acidic display afterwards, I simply used the opportunity to replace the LCD again and everything works fine now. Buttom line is, if you have replaced your LCD before and not from Samsung Care, please reconsider before updating to 8.1.

The j7 pro is a unique model of it's kind that stands out of all budget phones with it's premium apps, features and build (design) all for a reasonable/affordable price. I must say though, in my opinion the Huawei's Nova 3i would have been a strong contender for a place as the best budget phone if it wasn't more pricey.
Anyway i don't mind sticking to my J7 pro until Samsung comes up with a worthy successor, i hope that won't take forever though... hahaha

Kuw1, 25 Nov 2018helloo guys need your help iam recently check my about j7 p... moreIf your not sure if you'll get the best of an 'Oreo' update', you could do a backup and do full factory reset like i did, then run the update as soon as it pops up after you should have gotten the 'Samsung Experience 9.5 verion update' as i got too & then get to enjoy the optimal level of the Oreo 8.1 that i am presently getting the best of presently!

Any update as of now? I'm from the United States. My Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro - J730GM Touch Screen does not work after getting the update yesterday. I didn't know about until now. I also replaced my LCD screen like last 3 month ago. What should I do to fix it?

Recenty i updated my J7 Pro to Oreo here in India. After upgrade i am facing one issue that Mobile Data not getting started immediately after switching from WiFi. In order to start Mobile Data, every time i have to reboot my handset. Does any body else facing same issue, & is there any fix for same ?

Btw iam from kuwait and my phone is original meanz screen is original not replaced .

helloo guys need your help iam recently check my about j7 pro news like oreo update peoples are saying after update screen stop working no touch camera apreatue change and
today i recenly got oreo update size is 1036 mb should i update my phone to oreo or what to stable vetsion please reply
beaucse in update section there is written before updating backup your data and written to network setting will be reset like notes will reset too
