I have 2 phones. I have updated one phone by OTA. I didn't see any clear deference on both phone except old one's color look worm and new one seems bit cool. Comparing in menu seems functions are merged and missing or added. F size changed to 1.9 from 1.7. far and near focusing of the picture different than a old one. I like old one. RAM management improved. I don,t feel updating other one. Still working on antutu.

Yes after the oreo update camera focal length has been decreased from 1.7 to 1.9. I see pictures before and after oreo update, aperture has been changed.

My messaging app and games keep crashing and every time I turn off and on my phone, sim 2 cannot read so I have to remove and insert back the slot to make it work. What a stupid update! From 7.0 to 8.1.0 android. I thot Id have a better experience with samsung 9.0

ushioo, 12 Nov 2018hi guys! so there's this new software update again released... moreThe latest November 1 update has some updates for camera but what I am noticing is what it did with the security. It now limits the tries you can do with the biometrics to unlock your phone to just 5 before it will require you to use a passcode. It only lasts 15 seconds tho. But still I have accidentally tapped the scanner multiple times and this feature is becoming annoying. You do not need to turn the screen on for this to happen.

Why you guys saying an aperture was changed after update. My j730f is still Nougat. I see my selfie pictures all pictures from front camera is 1.9 aperture and the rear camera is 1.7 aperture.

ushioo, 12 Nov 2018hi guys! so there's this new software update again released... moreI updated it just a while back and I think it's worth it. My phone seemed to work faster and the transitions feel smoother. I think it's just more on bug fixes so yeah, it worked fine for me and maybe for you, too!

hi guys! so there's this new software update again released. it's all about November 1, 2018 security patch. 21 mb file size.
has anyone updated their phone to this latest software update from the August 1, 2018 security patch which has 192 mb file size? is it worth updating? cause i'm satisfied with the current patch (the August 1, 2018 w/ 192 mb file size) i have now on my phone. they fixed the 1.9 aperture to 1.7 aperture and they fixed the lag problem when you click the recent apps and battery lasts longer now than before.
please post your feedback about the latest software update (Nov 1, 2018 w/ 21mb file size) if you already updated your phone. thanks guysss!!!
