the front Selfie Camera is the only camera at aperture F1.7

The rear camera's aperture changed to f 1.9 from f 1.7, but it was fixed with the first Oreo security patch which is the August 2018 patch.

I'm from the Philippines and I got mine last June this year. I didn't update the phone the first time the Oreo update came out since I heard a lot of complains about it including the screen no longer working , camera aperture being affected , battery usage/charging and a lot more. Then , Samsung removed the update. I then updated the phone after they released the update again which came around 1Gb and until now , the phones still feels new with no problems at all. Battery charging is still the same which is 2 hours roughly. Battery consumption is still the same which could last for 2 days depending on usage. Camera aperture is still the same and everything on the phone is still working.
By the way , the default camera aperture is 1.7 on the rear camera and 1.9 on the front facing one. The aperture of the front facing camera before the oreo update came out was also 1.9 and I don't understand why some are complaining about it. Again , the aperture of the front facing camera is 1.9 before and after the oreo update came out.

I'm using the Samsung J7 Pro mobile and my memory card was encrypt, last week my mobile want updates and I did the mobile update but after the updates my memory card is not showing my old pictures and others things, also I can't dencrypt the memory card.
Any body help me for solve this memory card problems or I'll lost my pictures and others things.

I have 2 phones. I have updated one phone by OTA. I didn't see any clear deference on both phone except old one's color look worm and new one seems bit cool. Comparing in menu seems functions are merged and missing or added. F size changed to 1.9 from 1.7. far and near focusing of the picture different than a old one. I like old one. RAM management improved. I don,t feel updating other one. Still working on antutu.

Yes after the oreo update camera focal length has been decreased from 1.7 to 1.9. I see pictures before and after oreo update, aperture has been changed.

My messaging app and games keep crashing and every time I turn off and on my phone, sim 2 cannot read so I have to remove and insert back the slot to make it work. What a stupid update! From 7.0 to 8.1.0 android. I thot Id have a better experience with samsung 9.0
