Your hands dust are wet finger sensor not work any mobile. U clean ur hands and finger sensor button its works perfectly.

Touxh izzues are not phone problem its screen guard problem. Remove screen guard screen works good. And use full screen guards available in amazon its works perfect touch.

Need help...where are my pictures? I cant find them on my gallery...ive disabled syncing to the cloud, so where are the pictures??

I have bought two already...no problem. Cameras are fantastic.Speaker very loud...best budget phone i ever had. So much better than those chinese craps Oppo or Vivo.

Good phone with Samsung Pay. enjoyed cashless transactions with this phone.
Other Chinese manufacturers dont have NFC for doing digital transactions at this price range.

Well its not OS update but major changes in camera like BOKEH effect in selfie mode and some stickers have been added. So overall its an update for camera majorly.

1. you may bring your smartphone to Samsung Service Center, if its factory fault, they will repair or change it for a new unit.
2. There's no option for that.
