In fact, it was your fault, accept it. You cannot do anything but to pay for repair or buy a new smartphone.

I bought Samsung J7 pro last January 27 , 2018. It accidentally slip from my hands and it fell on a height of my knee to the floor. When i picked it up the screen started to become blur so i turned it off thinking that it will refresh the system, and to my surprise i can no longer turn it on. I can still hear my phone ringing and alarming whenever i received phone calls and notifications but it is completely blacked out. My phone does have screen protector and case when it fell.I went to the nearest service center and they asked me to pay 6200 to fix it! i'am sooo dissapointed. The lady at the service center said that they cannot do anything for me, i was left hanging. I just bought it. Without having even a single scratch on it. i'm so dissapointed.

But i suffering only hanging problem many time times .

I bought my j7 pro a week ago and before i go to sleep i left my unit on top of a shoe box with the alarm clock turned on. The moment the alarm tuned on (vibrate on), my unit fell to the floor from the height of a shoe box. To my surprise the event cause a hairline crack on my j7 pro screen. Though not so noticeable still it is evident that the j7 pro screen is not so tough so i recommend for those who still want to buy this kind of unit to put a protective screen on it starting day 1.

Hi..i cnt seem to send sms on short numbers...i try to activate the premium sms access but the list is empty and i cnt add to something...can someone have similar prob on j7 pro?help...

I bought the J7 pro a few weeks ago .. my first android phone after using an IPhone 6 before ... 2 issues i have seen so far , if anyone knows a solution please let me know:
1- screen has light spots keeps coming and going .. you may not notice it unless u focus on reading something on the screen or during a phone call ringing.
2- I can't find the option to disable ascending ringtone .. i want it to start from the beginning to the end , but instead, it starts on a very low volume in the first 2 seconds and then volume goes up until the end of it.
