Hi!, I am having a problem when the battery is 4% my M02 back light goes off and not able to on back again unless i plug and charge till 5%. Is this normal or i have to check with the service center??

I bought this phone past two week. This is a entry level phone. Plastic back cover and up side. We can't keep a more hope these price range phones. And this is my first time use in samsung. Before and all the time i used nokia phones. Like n73, nokia 6, lumia 820, lumia 920. I think its cool. Good battery avarage 2 days. Sometimes it's 2 and half a day usage. According to this price range 13 mp and 2 mp is ok. I really don't concern about camera. I only need this phone for day to day my works. Like Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and check mails and other staff. Recently i don't have any issue.

Recently I bought it but facing a problem with Wi-Fi and disconnect after a few while. And I thing it is poorly manufactured. Applications are slow responding get time to open. Read/Write operation isn't good at all.
