I have been'using M20 for 2 and half year. my experience is below.
Pros:
Good battery life
Good Display
Plastic but good built quality
Cons:
Poor Sound quality
Netwook capturing power is very poor, whie other phones redmi network is full i dont get good network
Poor camera
Call clearity is worst i ever used.

Does M20 support mhs adapter to hdmi? Or type c to hdmi cable? For connecting with tv. Thx.

I bought this phone used like new condition on Ebay, I've been using it for two years now and it's still working very well, my battery health and performance is still great, I got no major issues about it other than some discoloration on tha back of it cause of dust, and the camera isn't good (something that I knew about before I bought it) this phone is reallly robust too I can't count how many times it got dropped and nothing ever happened to it. I just hope Samsung would give it android 11 so I can keep it for another year.

I bought this phone when it is launched. afeter 8 months of use, battery back up was gone. It stays max of 18 hours with very minimal use. later it was just 10 hours. Suddenly it went dead. replaced with the original M20 battery after that it gone dead. We serviced it twice still same issue. Now it completly gone dead. Now they are telling mother board failed. Need to replace it. Big brand like Samsung wasted my whole money.

I have been using this device for 2 years. I did not face any software issue so far. Still getting regular security updates. Got 2 major android updates without bugs. Vibration motor stopped after a drop. But apart from that, there is no hardware issue. Phone did not slow down at all. It works just like a new one. Camera is average. It works well in good light. Do not expect much. Overall a reliable phone with decent quality.

I brought a Galaxy M20 smart phone in September 2019, and now on 10/02/2021, it was found as dead. I couldn't open it. The authorised servicer said that its mother board was failed. That means the mother board should be changed, with a high cost.

Hatdog , 06 Jan 2021Is your m20 android 10?Initially when I first bought this smartphone it was running on Android 8, then I upgraded the software to Android 9 and finally in December 2019 I received a newer version which is Android 10, the device upgraded to the lastest version successfully Over-the-air, now it's running smoothly and continues getting newer security patches every trimester, honestly I got nothing to complain about, thumbs up for this powerful midrange super phone !

This is by far my favorite midrange Samsung Galaxy smartphone, I've been using this device for a year and a half now and it still performs really good, I get software and security patch updates every month or so, I get precise and reliable Satellite navigation signals from different GNSS constellations such as Baidu, GPS, GLONASS & Galileo! ... I also get to play PUBG in HD on a daily basis but preferably through WIFI instead of 3G or 4G to save power, battery life and to prevent overheating, the cameras are decent enough but not as good as I expected them to be, I have tons of applications installed and my overall user experience on the M20 is positive! No regrets, I love this phone ! :)

Where are these complaints coming from?
I have been using my M20 happily for 16 months now{one year and four months} with no performance issues. The 8mp selfie camera isn't great but not a problem for me, since the phone does everything right for me, the selfie is not an issue.
