Samsung M20 selfie camera quality is bad. Don't buy this phone if you are looking for a great selfie camera. Back camera is good but not satisfactory. Rest features are nice.

i bought M20 1 month before. Im using WiFi internet connection, mean time i connect to Bluetooth headset with in 3 mins both connection's disconnected. And i have to switch off & on my WiFi in mobile then become normal. I can't use WiFi & Bluetooth same time its constantly disconnecting. Nobody going to give solution.i just shared my issue.

samsung sent 480mb update for android 10 about 2 days ago. and now phone is too much better. lags and slowly function fixed.thank you Samsung. phone is very good now

problem occurs only after 07 days of purchase .
& also poor response by dealer .
i will not prefer samsung in future ,

I dont know what all the fuss is. Been reading all this negative comments about the m20 Ive had my m20 for a year and still no issues. Great battery,great camera for its price range,performs well. What more can i ask for?

This phone sucks. I took it to switch from my old Lenovo K6 which was going slow for something faster but today I still prefer that. VERY SLOW: with 2 or 3 applications in multitasking it is difficult to do everything and sometimes it even needs to be restarted. If you listen to music while surfing on google, for example, you can hear shots. The operating system and the UI weigh more than 2GB of RAM overall, so more than half of the ram is perpetually dedicated to Android. Optimization 0, especially in wide. Sometimes when you connect to recharge the phone remains the recharge symbol while it is disconnected until restart. If you connect the phone badly then, it is possible that instead of recharging the phone it is without battery. Really not recommended, Samsung has lost a customer who will likely switch to Apple who is better at all points.
