Best phone

    This is by far my favorite midrange Samsung Galaxy smartphone, I've been using this device for a year and a half now and it still performs really good, I get software and security patch updates every month or so, I get precise and reliable Satellite navigation signals from different GNSS constellations such as Baidu, GPS, GLONASS & Galileo! ... I also get to play PUBG in HD on a daily basis but preferably through WIFI instead of 3G or 4G to save power, battery life and to prevent overheating, the cameras are decent enough but not as good as I expected them to be, I have tons of applications installed and my overall user experience on the M20 is positive! No regrets, I love this phone ! :)

      Where are these complaints coming from?
      I have been using my M20 happily for 16 months now{one year and four months} with no performance issues. The 8mp selfie camera isn't great but not a problem for me, since the phone does everything right for me, the selfie is not an issue.

        Very pathetic/poor service...do not buy this item...hanging maxitimes. Call mute huge.

            Hi. Is this phone still available in your country? Here in the Philippines, it's no longer available since late last year, I think. Too bad I had no money when it came out.

              Samsung M20 selfie camera quality is bad. Don't buy this phone if you are looking for a great selfie camera. Back camera is good but not satisfactory. Rest features are nice.

                My phone (m20) gets auto restart frequently while charging and gets switch off when unplug. Can anyone help me.

                    i bought M20 1 month before. Im using WiFi internet connection, mean time i connect to Bluetooth headset with in 3 mins both connection's disconnected. And i have to switch off & on my WiFi in mobile then become normal. I can't use WiFi & Bluetooth same time its constantly disconnecting. Nobody going to give solution.i just shared my issue.

                      samsung sent 480mb update for android 10 about 2 days ago. and now phone is too much better. lags and slowly function fixed.thank you Samsung. phone is very good now

                          very good video camera. today Samsung send a new 490mb update.i will try it.

                              the worst ever phone i have seen in my life
                              problem occurs only after 07 days of purchase .
                              & also poor response by dealer .

                              i will not prefer samsung in future ,
