A very pathetic phone . The phone has typing issues. Suddenly the screen freezes, the keypad faces. The phone also restarts suddenly.. I had to buy this phone because the last 3 phones I took of Samsung were replaced and since I wasn't getting a refund. Thoroughly disappointed. Never purchase samsung phones. Its only been 2 months of me using phone and dissatisfaction is the only word that comes to my mind.

Hi I just got my Galaxy M21 yesterday the battery seems to be very hot. Anybody can advise me whether it us normal or it is battery faulty.

How can I know if the compass is working properly?
I download an app, it rotates and all. But whenever I reopen the app, no matter which way I'm facing, It shows that direction as North.

Anonymous, 27 Jul 2020I feel the same... What action did u took against this..pl... moreJust turn off adaptive brightness. You will get 3 days battery life. There is a problem with adaptive brightness sensing app. Turning it off will improve your battery life.
