Heating issue occurs in the upper part of phone near camera.
Camera is not satisfying as claim as 48mp
Not satisfied as expected.

Better perfomance,bigger batery and faster charging,cameras are pretty much same,a21s has better looks going for it,thats it,m21 is clearly the better deal

im facing display problem just after 2 month of use and when i tried to reach service center
they are not even picking up phone calls to fix appintment though the number was porvided by the samsung customer care excutive.

I was a Samsung fan all my life , was fascinated to see others using it. I bought my first samsung and the trouble started. It cannot be used for making calls as the network reception is very very poor. The service centre also dosent care. I have also written to the CEO, still no positive action. My brand new phone is stuck in the service centre and tehy say parts are not available, they will not replace as it is repairable. Strictly avoid samsung these days, the service centre is crowded with complaints

Recently I bought this phone overall the phone is good but me disappointing factor is processor exyones 9611 is a very very bad processor very bad performance every time my phone is like and frame drop also
