My M21 did not perform well. It's been 2 years and is ready to be replaced. Keeps on restarting. Other wise it's OK.

After 2 and half years of buying , phone getting restarting randomly.coudn't able to fix it.very bad experience with samsung M21.

Third class phone with third class quality. I order this phone & defective phone received from company. after discussion with customer care, they provide me new phone in replace of this. After use of few months speaker was not working. Hanging problem. I suggest you to please do not purchase this phone.

Had the phone 1.5 years before it started restarting randomly for no reason. Would often restart during restarts and get stuck in a loop for hours. Sometimes would even start vibrating uncontrollably. I kept the phone for 6 more months during which most of its time was spent restarting until eventually, nearing the phone's 2 year mark it ran its battery down while restart looping 12+ hours and now it is completely unusable and doesn't turn on.

Dont buy any phone with Xynos processor. My phone which about a year and half old just died with the typical restart issue I see in so many comments here. It looks like its not a one off issue but Samsung has knowingly sold a defective processor to people. All my previous phones were from Redmi and worked for 3 to 4 years. I doubt I will buy another Samsung product ever again.
