I have M21 for 2 years until now, and it really slow now, even after booting up, it's a bit laggy when running animation like in the app menu or navigation

After 2 years my Samsung M21 phone getting hang & restarts again & again. Service center told that its problem of motherboard & Rs. 6000/- will be charged. The other service guys told that this problem coming in most of the samsung mobiles specially in M21 model.

Was using this model from last 2 years.. i am moderate user, no gaming etc .. all of sudden screen freeze and cant restart or reboot.. Service center said its mother board issue 6K+ needed to repair which is approx half price, that too they are not giving any warranty/Guaranty . Pathetic .. i am back to my old model phone not buying Samsung anymore.

I purchased this phone 1.5 years ago. Suddenly the phone started to reboot all the time and later got completely dead…service center told me that motherboard got crashed and it needed 7k to get a fresh one. Later did some research and found that this has been happening with large number of M21 users.
I expected better from Samsung but they have now started selling substandard products. pls just stay clear of this phone unless u want some paid nuisance in ur life

Very very good phone. 2 years heavy usage. 2 sims always working. Always calling. Works flawlessly. 6000mAh great battery life. Love jt. Bought for 150€. Dont understand how can buy a phone for 1000€+ eur
