Just arrived on service center after checking the phone they told me that it light ic was Damaged and I have to purcahse a new Motherboard fun fact there is no drop and water damage so I don't know how this happened they new board will cost me around half the price on new M21 I have been using this phone for last 3 years and this is the second time I have to get it repaired I will give samsung a 5 star for effort in making phone as shity as possible and

Samsun M21 is the worst phone I ever used. Lesson learned, never buy another Samsung product. After 1 year of purchase, the phone started to randomly restart. Then one day, it again, restarted by itself, and it was stuck on the 'phone is starting' screen forever. I tried everything I could to revive it but in vain. Had to get it to a nearby service centre, they charged me a lump sum. They fixed it but all my data was wiped. It was so stressful. Again, one year later I am stuck at the same screen. It's Samsung's way of getting money. I just cant even- Final verdict? NEVER BUY SAMSUNG

For my device it charges till 97 petcent and then shows fully charged.
Various device will show almost same thing but percentage will change as users usage also vary.

I have F41 which has almost same specs like this one and i'm using it since october 2020, has plan to use it for minimum 5 years since purchase date.
I don't see any major problem in my device except the battery which charges till 97 percent and suddenly shows fully charged, which probably means battery lost around 3 percent capacity.
But even with that i get 10 + 10 = 20 hour total offline youtube and netflix video play time, which i tested recently on both saturday and sunday.
From monday to friday i usually get around 10 to 14 hours of screen on time with my usage but those are not accurate as during office hour i don't get much time to test anything.
My previous phone was J2 (2015) which i bought probably on october 2015 during my college days and used it till october 2020 as my primary phone.
That phone is still alive and works well but most apps are not supported on that becauset android version is stuck at 5.1.1.
So, i updated to F41 on october 2020 and currently using it as my primary device without any problem.

It's sad to hear some of us having bad experiences with their devices, but mine is around 3 years old running flawlessly like new. Mostly used in indoors environments as an secondary phone and my another Samsung phone of similar price range but from an A series lasted me 4 and quarter year still running well used that phone as main device though. That having few issues like volume button got very sensitive maybe due to cover applied all the time and battery last around maybe 60 to 70% if compared to when new. Am satisfied. Hope no one faces problem they didn't paid or done something for. My tips will be don't go to unreliable sites don't click anywhere asked don't install untrustworthy apps don't completely charge and discharge your device keep it between 20 -25% to 80 -85% you can occasionally let it charge or discharge to full not a big deal but consistently going to 0- 100 I think that somewhat damages electronics parts. Keep it in good climate and temperature if you take care of your tools and devices they usually offer a little more too in most case. Am thinking to keep them as long as they are going. At last I just want to say don't stress out on everything in life instead find or atheist try to see positivity and happiness every now an then. Good day all.

After the latest update the phone continues to restart on its own. Kept it very cautiously for 2 years. It sucks. The downfall of samsung is justified

It's now more than 3 years I'm using this with gaming and with all multitasking.... and The most loved part of this phone is it's camera ,battery and display .. fabulous experience..

My M21 did not perform well. It's been 2 years and is ready to be replaced. Keeps on restarting. Other wise it's OK.

Third class phone with third class quality. I order this phone & defective phone received from company. after discussion with customer care, they provide me new phone in replace of this. After use of few months speaker was not working. Hanging problem. I suggest you to please do not purchase this phone.
