I've Samsung m21 4/64GB. M21 have overheating problem. The battery life goes upto 1.5-2 days. Some Samsung apps like Samsung members, Max, Data saver are useless... we can't uninstall it. Also Camera quality is low as compared to 48MP.
It has Dolby Atmos Sound. But If you use headphones to listen music, the experience is not so good than Mi Equalizer. Mi phones have good sound equalizer than this.
Screen quality is good (AMOLED Display). But it uses more battery. Processor & RAM is good. Can use multiple apps at a time like Hotstar, Whatsapp, Instagram, Google,etc. And switching between apps is also faster.
I had played games like BGMI, Freefire, NFS on it with smooth & nice experience.
It is not best in Camera, Sound Experience, & Battery but it has good processor & RAM.
I have bought this @Rs. 11800 through offers.

Similar to other users, t... moreI was having this problem, solved it by uninstalling all the background samsung apps like Max, PayMini, samsung members, etc using Android Debug Bridge and then Factory Resetting. Phone runs smooth now. I suggest you try it.

Please don't buy this phone. Similar to other users, the phone after 18 months gives you the problem of frequent restarts. It will restart 30 - 40 times in a day. One restart will take 5 mins of your time.
I dont know it whether it is the strategy of samsung or it is a software issue or it is a hardware issue, but eventually the loss is ours.
There are numerous complaint on this model Samsung M21.
I still have my old Moto G4 plus with me which is being used by my mother. It is still working without any performance related issues.
I trusted samsung after Motorola, but from now onwards, I will go back to Motorola.

Useless phone. Only for or around 3 years and the earpiece speaker has gone as well as the speaker.

Extremely bad experience...............
I was very excited at the time of buying this phone as it was my first ever SAMSUNG phone, for first year everything was very smooth but after 16 - 17 months the situation was totally different, though the device has was been used very carefully, still this problems were totally unexpected .
It restarts automatically anytime even while using normal applications like whatsapp and browsers it suddenly stops working and restarts. In addition even when restarting it is not srtarting properly and restarts again some times I have to do force full restart 3 times and sometimes even more than that,
allover It was extremely bad experience of a SAMSUNG device.
and I strong suggest to not to buy a SAMSUNG phone because I fill that I HAVE BEEN CHEATED BY A BIG BRAND.

I have used this since 2021 it used to be working well now it cant run a simple game i tried making a cluster bomb in sfs it still lags altough its just 2d big cheat of samsung dont recommend buying also my old ohone specs and perf was better also screen is very sensitive which is why i always have a typo for sure

it is wasting the money . this is first costly mobile. my husband presented for my birthday. within a year i have faced software issue. swithed off automatically . after one year ie., means after the warranty period it is showing the real face. i am totally disappointed ..

My M21's screen stopped responding after 1.5 years. Had the problem since long, but was disappearing after some hours. So I thought it is not a big problem. Had to replace screen outside of warranty. It costed me 3950 INR to replace the screen, almost 30% of original phone cost. There are quality issues with phone.

I was using Samsung Galaxi for more than 4 years and due to Screen problem I Purchased M 21 about 2 years back. 2 days back suddenly display vanished. When given to Service center they informed the Hard disc needed to be replaced and costs Rs.3500/= and it is the common fault in all M series. Better not to buy these modals.

Generally, I'm very satisfied with M21. This is my first Samsung phone. I used to be a Redmi user (Redmi Note 5 & Redmi Note 9).
I bought this Samsung M21 phone on December 2020. It runs smoothly. Everything works well. I hasn't experienced any trouble so far. It is running on Android 12 now (and sadly wont get Android 13 update).
I'm planning to buy another Samsung phone because this phone is already 2 years old and 64GB of storage seems not enough for 2022.

My old phone was even better than this piece of crap it cNt even handle a 2d game explosion watafak the camera is below average also WETAFAK IS MY AMOELED DISPLAY i dont recommend buying this phone for games because of its shit perfomance on any physics also the fact if often lags on youtube this is a real human rating NOT A FWAKING FAN OR A BOT

Pretty good model, except camera, camera just awful, in comparison to my old honor 9.
Great display, battery performance, good little features like adapt sound.

Bought an m21 in December 2020. Had to change the display before even completing a year in November 2021, as a purple colour thing started to spread over the screen. Glad that I had the warranty. After another few months, sim 1 was not working. And since last week Wifi, Bluetooth, Hotspot, nothing works. Service says it cannot be repaired. They say it is a common issue in the M series. Now the phone lags. At every 5 seconds, the screen freezes for 1 second. DON'T BUY THIS SH#T.
