Best features for the price used for 15 months.droped 2 kg cement block from 3 feet only dented a little bit doesn't did anything recommending 6Gb ram because 4 GB lags a little bit

My phone lasted only 18 months. One fine day, the phone does not start. Customer services informs need for change of motherboard. Have used Motorola phones for many years without any such problem. But Samsung phones have been like Xiaomi; not durable enough. Beware of the big features, the phone has many bloatwares too. Those who posted good comments were the lucky ones. Wish your phones life.

Please don’t buy this piece of shit samsung started to use cheap quality IC I was one of the victims.
Samsung M21 exactly 1 year 2 weeks I got logo stuck and asked to chance mother board which costs 7-8k.
I was the Samsung user past 10 year but now I never buy Samsung products especially M series it’s a scam…..

Please Don't buy this . I bought two mobiles. Both are shut down in booting logo. Spoken to customer care . No use and waste of time . No value for money in this product. Lost huge amount

My M21 suddenly shut itself down and then got stuck in a reboot loop with only the product logo showing. At first I thought of it as a firmware issue. I reset my phone in this belief but it still failed to boot up this made me visit my local Samsung service center and they took it in and fixed it saying it was a motherboard issue and that it was okay for now.
After just 2 days the issue came back. I again visited the same authorized service centre of Samsung and they this time informed me that the entire motherboard needs to be replaced and that will cost around half the MRP of the phone.
The people at the service centre admitted that this is a common issue with this particular product and the company is not willing to fix it by replacing the specific faulty component in the chipset but instead is going for the replacement of the entire motherboard at the expense of the customer.
they even instructed me to sell this phone as fast as i can and buy something from OPPO or Vivo. The lack of trust in samsung by its own employees baffled me and got me into thinking what was this Giant of a company thinking when they released this shit of a phone. Utter disappointment that made me question every thing that I ever bought from Samsung.
