It could very well be that it was easier to keep the operating system they began developing the phone with than to potentially have software incompatibilities with their drivers introduced by an insufficiently tested operating system.

Well.everything a bout this phone is what i expected. A plus battery naturally, very bright screen with vibrant colours thanks to that 1080p amoled panel etc. Buuuut... Ive been facing serious cellular range issues. It never fills up the bar. Stops working for no reason whilst showing a 4g signal. The cellular range fluctuates all the time. And i know this is an issue with the phone because i compared it against a nokia 7.2, galaxy A60 on same service provider together in same locations. And my m30s unit was the only one showing these issues. I just want to know if this is a fault with my particular unit or whether its a factory default issue

Phone has a password option.In case this option is not used and password not given for the phone,in a situation where the phone comes toa halt asking for Password it comes to a permenant lockdown.What is the temporary password?

Battery life is great,depends on how you use it. Lasts 24-36hours for me despite surfing the web severally,and the camera is beyond average. All you need to do is go to settings,and change to your specified cam that's all. Or go to youtube to watch a video of how to do that. Pls get your facts right before accusing.

This is a very good phone have been using for 3 months now,and so far it's been awesome. Battery lasts 24-36 hours despite the fact that I surf the web and much more. I would play music/radio while my phone is on a certain percentage,and it stays like that for an hour plus. Isn't that amazing?? I have never experienced any sorts or heating issue with this phone,the only thing I experienced was a bit of lag while surfing the web,because I downloaded stuffs from a site that infected my device. It's been my no 1 during my daily activities,and has helped my business move so well. Thanks samsung.
