Worst phone and worst company My M31s start hanging after 1year 1month use even I not took to service center as I know the answer (mother board problem) , As almost all users are facing this restart and hanging problem.
I recommend not to buy Samsung low range phones they always have problem no one worst phone in Samsung

Adamzo, 12 Feb 2022Worst phone I have ever bought this phone has a problem wit... moreMy M31 have very strong signal, i can use it even in level 5 underground parking, inside elevator, no issue at all, GPS is top notch, i can still get navigation in short tunnel, even inside those long tunnel the GPS regained shortly after exiting like less than 10 seconds.
So far M31 is the best phone for the price i paid, can't ask for more, i bought it at USD170 2 years ago.
The battery life is absolutely incredible, Internet is quite fast (can't compare with S series but this phone cost 1/10 of a S22 Ultra 5G)

Worst phone I have ever bought this phone has a problem with the main antenna module you only get 2 bars of network reception although all my other phones get 4 bars
Internet is sluggish no network in concrete buildings or underground carparks gps always goes crazy in the cbd and high rises software is so slow also you can't use USB flash drives for some reason
I had to write this to recommend other people to stay away from it save your money people

I will agree that the specification of this phone is impressive, especially when it comes to battery life as the 6000mph battery will provide days of use with moderate usage. However, it should still be noted that this is a budget/ midrange phone and for £245 which equates to approximately 331USD. I would argue that getting an older flagship such as a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 would net a higher performance and by far better build quality for only a couple extra dollars more (400USD on amazon). According to versus.com, the note 9 has a 25.06% higher pixel density of 514ppi, 8GB of RAM, a 6.4" Quad HD+ Super AMOLED screen at 2960x1440, and a 20% faster CPU at 4 x 2.9GHz & 4 x 1.9GHz. In addition to being dustproof and water-resistant, Weather-sealed and has built-in optical image stabilization.
The Samsung M31, on the other hand, has a place on the list because its camera setup will suffice for capturing that special moment and should suffice for social media posts. This is backed up by its long battery life, which is ideal for people who are constantly on the go and may not have access to a charger or a power outlet. However, if you want the best performance, the best build quality, and a phone that will last longer. I'd recommend looking at older flagships because the prices are dropping and you get the best that the company had to offer at the time, with no compromises, as we've seen with Samsung's newer budget and mid-range phones.

Best phone ever, the battery life is still outstanding, after many hours of gaming, video, browsing, navigation, I still has 20% battery juice at end of the day, absolutely no issue at all, no once the phone give me any problems.
Bought it for USD150 in 2019, totally worth it.
Now waiting for Android 12 update

Using M31 for 2 years! No issues , many people are complaining on restart issue related to motherboard. I hadn't experienced any such issue. Battery is still performing well !

More than one year use. No motherboard or any other issue. For everyone who yells for issues, my question is whether you have used it with care?. The phone is absolutely fine. Value for money. One of the best mid-range smartphones in the market

What a wonderful phone, just got my December security patch, weighing 410MB, looking forward to Android 12 & One Ui 4 0 update in Q1 or Q2 2022.
