Samsung phones are nothing but e-waste.
Within 12 months, display gave out. Within 23 months, phone got dead beyond repair.
I'm not even a heavy user. Let alone gaming, I don't even binge content.
Highly disappointed!

But 2020 batch phones had no issues !
Step to find your phones version csc : Go to settings and just type SOFTWARE INFORMATION. Then you can see an option like SERVICE PROVIDER SOFTWARE VERSION. if its showing INS -indian , mwd -moroco , vietnam-xxv , etc..

very disappointed. do not buy this product very bad phone

best phone i've ever owned. sensational battery. never lags, does everything i want it to. unfortunately got mine stolen recently and I'll probably just buy another one of these

I m still using M31 6gb Indian version device. Still I had no issue , currently running Android 12 and August sec patch. I had bought it on march 2020 and not I had crossed 2.5 years . Still good .

Wow just update to August security patch, with camera improvement, now M31 camera as good as A series, weighting 1.1GB, kudos to Samsung still providing updates after 2.5 years.

First, restarting alone many time,
Today, 25 august 22, touch stop working, and Iam using it by gadget and mouse , because repairing it will cost me half the price of the phone.. 🤮🤮 will never buy samsung made in india or alike 😑

I I'd been using M31 for the past 2.5 years (2020 march ) and still the device is cool , never ever faced any hardware issue , still everything is perfect. The software is good enough running the android 12 . Camera are still good ( primary camera ) .

Anonymous, 27 Jun 2022My M31 2 years no mother board issue, work perfectly.I guess, the phone updates are a trap purposefully sent by the phone companies as a part of a business trick that damages the software and gradually gets slowdown its total function so that the consumers are got compelled to purchase a new version.

My phone had some issue after updating to Android 12 for which I got it flashed with OS and now camera getting failed in normal mode but working in pro mode with photo. Can anyone let me know how to update the camera version without loosing my data.
