boughtm31 1year ago.. and now its totalyy gone after the new software update of june 2022.... it'sjust restarting itself again and again. took to service centre they are telling me to change the motherboard whick cost 5k-8k. 😑wtf man it's almost half the price of phone .......
very disappointed. do not buy this product

Wow just update to August security patch, with camera improvement, now M31 camera as good as A series, weighting 1.1GB, kudos to Samsung still providing updates after 2.5 years.

First, restarting alone many time,
Today, 25 august 22, touch stop working, and Iam using it by gadget and mouse , because repairing it will cost me half the price of the phone.. 🤮🤮 will never buy samsung made in india or alike 😑

I I'd been using M31 for the past 2.5 years (2020 march ) and still the device is cool , never ever faced any hardware issue , still everything is perfect. The software is good enough running the android 12 . Camera are still good ( primary camera ) .

Anonymous, 27 Jun 2022My M31 2 years no mother board issue, work perfectly.I guess, the phone updates are a trap purposefully sent by the phone companies as a part of a business trick that damages the software and gradually gets slowdown its total function so that the consumers are got compelled to purchase a new version.

My phone had some issue after updating to Android 12 for which I got it flashed with OS and now camera getting failed in normal mode but working in pro mode with photo. Can anyone let me know how to update the camera version without loosing my data.

Hii, I am also using Samsung m31 very good working, smoothly game ,but 2 problems 1 is battery have 6000 mah but no same other phone battery life,2 is storage is automatically full ,need 1 day 1 time cleaning that's galaxy m31 problem otherwise wonderful mobile phone ...

My M31 still rocking solid after 27 months, no issue at all, the battery still last me a whole day despite i set the charging to 85% max, totally worth it for a phone that merely cost me 180 dollars when i bought it in 2020.

I purchased Samsung M31 in 2020. The mobile phone functioned well for two years. But after two years, first the speaker of phone displayed problem and after some day the phone had got automatically switched off. When i rushed to service centre, the man in service centre told me that the motherboard of phone got damaged and required to be changed and some other problem is there. Total cost of repair will be approx 8000 to 9000. I totally disappointed with samsung. First time, i purchased the phone from samsung and it happened . So, i will not recommed anyone to purchase phone from samsung. Now, i purchased mi phone.

I am using M31 for nearly two years, and is working good. The only thing I am not satisfied is the camera quality. The screen is awesome, the battery life is amazing, no problem with gaming. For me, only the camera is not good.

Been 2 years since I got this (Indian version)
It still works fine. However, recently (been a few months) my M31 sometimes restarts by itself or while I'm using it, it will freeze to the point it restart.
Overall I'm really happy cause is great budget camera phone with XL battery

2nd year with M31, still rock solid, working perfectly like when it's new, zero defect, never send to service center, best budget phone I ever own, or cost me $180 when I bought it in 2020.
