One fine day my M31 stops displaying anything (only Samsung Logo was showing). Not even completed 2 year, so I went to the service center, the guy was telling M series have such kind of issues, now I need change the Motherboard wich will cost 9K. Almost one year it was good for me (after that it's utter waste.)
Next I placed another order for POCO, not sure what will happen for this (anyway this time it's 13K only), still waiting for POCO to get deliver.

I wanted a phone with camera features like m31s (with better night mode), Qualcomm Snapdragon, 5G supported, good battery & refresh rate. I have m31 and m51 in my list, but both doesn't have 5g and am looking at phones with better features (like refresh rate, chipset and night mode) when compared to these two. It would be good if you suggest within 25k and samsung or moto phones.

This is a dirt cheap phone, why you says you spend a lot of money ? Is merely 170 usd when I bought it new.

not even 2years into this phone. the motherboard gave up!!! i am not a heavy user neither a guy of beinge watch. typical techniques of samsung getting customers by outer look and selling shit. highly dissapointed. 20k went to waste.

Camera has mind of it's own
Sometimes takes stunning pictures sometimes really bad(especially indoors)
Good display for watching movies even at 2K resolution
Also feels slow sometimes

I'm using Samsung M31 for 2 years . No issues so far. Good battery, decent camera, good performance etc. No regrets for buying this phone.

Samsung phones are nothing but e-waste.
Within 12 months, display gave out. Within 23 months, phone got dead beyond repair.
I'm not even a heavy user. Let alone gaming, I don't even binge content.
Highly disappointed!

Anonymous, 19 Sep 2022Vietnam made M31 doesn't have this issue, only India m... moreI have been using M31 India version for the past 2.5 years still I had no issue , no hw issue nothing .... many people especially bought during 2021 batch had got chipset issue . But 2020 batch phones had no issues !
Step to find your phones version csc : Go to settings and just type SOFTWARE INFORMATION. Then you can see an option like SERVICE PROVIDER SOFTWARE VERSION. if its showing INS -indian , mwd -moroco , vietnam-xxv , etc..

boughtm31prime 2 year ago.. and now its totalyy gone after the new software update of august 2022.... it'sjust restarting itself again and again. took to service centre they are telling me to change the motherboard whick cost 5k-8k. 😑wtf man it's almost half the price of phone .......
very disappointed. do not buy this product very bad phone

best phone i've ever owned. sensational battery. never lags, does everything i want it to. unfortunately got mine stolen recently and I'll probably just buy another one of these

I m still using M31 6gb Indian version device. Still I had no issue , currently running Android 12 and August sec patch. I had bought it on march 2020 and not I had crossed 2.5 years . Still good .
