From day 1 i saw 0 - 100 takes more than 180 minutes charge even when switched off.
Samsungs claims of 160 minutes need to charge 0 - 100 for this device is wrong info.

Shobanks, 27 Jan 2023My M31 is working perfectly since I bought it in 2020 but a... moreMy mother in law's A51 had wifi issues before going into restart loop. Wifi connection is one of early signs for motherboard failure. Avoid doing things that can heat up the phone like playing heavy games and display full brightness.
If your phone starting to go into restart loop, you can try factory reset. If the phone still restart loop after factory reset, the only way is replace the motherboard.

Hello guys, I buy Samsung M31 in November 2020, probably the Indian version in Europe, bcoz with the charger I got an additional plug adapter. So far I don't have any issues with the phone, but after 2,5 years using, the battery has lost little capacity. No issue with the camera, nor the motherboard, but lately, when I charge the phone, he is getting heat more than previously. Shpul

i am using samsung galaxy M31. last month it started restarting almost 15-20 times per day. took it to samsung service center said cpu problem rs.8300 charges. tried almost all options mentioned on net and nothing works. some say there is problem with samsung exynos processor.

I've been using it 2yrs, Very rare cases phone got hangout problem. one time vibration motor gone. rather than battery backup, camera, sound quality all good.

had it for 2 years now.
great battery (goes for 2 days doing basic stuff like browsing and youtube alot), gets software updates.
good value for money and I think when I upgrade I will try to get new samsung with the same battery

phone is restarting every 5 minutes, samsung service centre are demanding 8000 for repair. did some research found that it is a common problen with phones with this chipset. Dont Buy this at all

Using M31 64gb (Made in Vietnam) for the last 3 years as a normal non-gaming phone. Amazing phone for the money. No issues with battery, motherboard or display. Body is fully protected by cover so no physical or scratch issues either. I spent a lot more on other phones but this by far has been great! Bang for buck product.
