Anonymous, 27 Apr 2023it is taking 3 hours to get 100% charging...worst...waste ....badMy m31 takes 2.5 hour to full. It has a massive 6000 mAh battery and it is normal, also it depletes slower than other phones.

It fell so much times and it's still working perfectly.

My m31 (made in India) is working great too (3 years now), I will switch to s23 or s23 plus.

phone is restarting every 5 minutes, samsung service centre are demanding 8000 for repair. did some research found that it is a common problen with phones with this chipset. Dont Buy this at all

Using M31 64gb (Made in Vietnam) for the last 3 years as a normal non-gaming phone. Amazing phone for the money. No issues with battery, motherboard or display. Body is fully protected by cover so no physical or scratch issues either. I spent a lot more on other phones but this by far has been great! Bang for buck product.

Qsr, 20 Feb 2023I am using M31 since June 2020, its good all-rounder phone.... moreMy father's M31 has the same problem. Charges faster than normal from 90% to 100%. But we never used the protect battery option. Neither we use the fast charging. Also, the phone's speaker doesn't work properly now. Has the high heating issue as well.

Been using this since 2020, fortunately never had issues. It is budget friendly and almost everything is great, the Camera specifically, ✊️👌

Qsr, 20 Feb 2023I am using M31 since June 2020, its good all-rounder phone.... moreTry calibrate the battery. Use it until 1% charge. Make sure battery protect off. Then charge to full 100%. Do it once every 3 months. My battery still good.

I am using M31 since June 2020, its good all-rounder phone. But after android 12 update, i used function of protect battery and stop charging at 85% for many months. But when disabled this function and tried to charge 100%, found that battery charged normally below 90% but faster (in few minutes) 90 to 100%. I tried many times but same result! And battery has poor backup when i charge it full!
Does this happened to anyone else?

I have had my M31 for 3 years and its still works very well. For its price that I bought it at its specs are very good. Battery still performs very well

My M31 is working perfectly since I bought it in 2020 but after the last latest update I started experiencing WiFi connection issues.
Please can someone suggest a way out of this mess.
