Facing restart problem due to the motherboard which is caused due to the exynos 9611 chip. Pathetic experience after 2 years.

Exactly 12 months now using this mobile and enjoying it. No problems im experiencing even though its loaded with many apps not games though. But i have noticed that when charging it starts to heat up excessively and to counter that i have to charge it with data off or in airplane mode or off state. I don't have any complaints so far. Battery lasting through the day well. If anything changes will update

My experience is the opposite of most of the comments here. I bought this phone for my wife on January 5, 2021. Its almost 2 years now and we haven't experience any problem with the unit except that it hangs for a few seconds (5 to 7 sec), which rare happens.

It was a nice phone model ,but after software update in October it became worse .then & there getting restarted . When I went to a service person he is showing me the same models recently having same issues .now need to buy a new mobile

The worst experience shelling 21000 , same issues as above mentioned. And it's a shame for samsung . Even camara is not up to the mark and it's vary slow. Performance is poor. Samsung sells all mobiles with very high prices and no smooth functioning.

I bought M31s in 2021 Jan and when a upgrade was done in the month of Aug2022 the phone started with hang and restart problem. As every one has mentioend, the service center is asking to change the motherboard. It seems that issue occurs (not for each but several due to software upgrade.
If you are planning to buy new phone, i would request you to reconsider if you have zeroed down on M series.
Recently, when visited a retailer for mobile chekc, i was told that they are not selling M series as it has the issue mentioned above.

This phone was a gift to my mom in March 2021 and now the phone stopped working and it's getting into autostart mode. We contacted samsung and they say that the problem is with the mother board and that it would cost rs9000 . Not a joke at all. Samsung needs to refund customers for selling such defective models. We bought the phone for 18k
