After I upgraded the Android version to 12 the battery drains from 76% to like 13% in only around 16½ minutes. If you upgrade, it might do this to your phone. So chances are, please don't upgrade. It did this to me, and the phone instantly became a failure after this. Couldn't even watch a SINGLE video. No gaming as the games would lag down to about 3fps.

Bought this Samsung M51 the day released it. And until now (almost 2024) its working perfectly fine . It give satisfaction in every aspect it serves! Battery is massive ! I hope samsung will release a new and higher version of this phone with affordable price. Love it!

Thinking of purchasing this phone. Currently, I have been using Huawei Mate 10 lite for 5 years. Other than hardware problems in the last year, the phone has been pretty great but I think now it's dying on me... As it approaches its sixth year.
I am a heavy user, mostly for gaming.
Is M5 the right choice?

Purchased it the week it was first available, has been pretty great. I play Call of Duty and it never gave me problems, recently the phone started getting heated up a lot. Maybe because I charged it from a bad wire from my laptop for the last two years, still a great investment for three years

I think M51 is best of Samsung phone I completed 3 years of usage still no major complaints only one complaint i.e. phone heats sometimes when heated charging also takes more time that is only its complaint

M51 was the best samsung phone ever made .. you'll get this much amount of features in this price range is a history in itself .. but after 51 the 52, 53 and 54 stopped giving snapdragon which is a huge setback .. I played bgmi in My m51 which I bought back in 2020 .. and even after 3 years the phone and specially game runs smooth with ultra frame even when the phone has only 60fps .. and in 2022 my bro got an M33 with a small nanometer 2 years modern chipset .. but even then it allows you to play bgmi with smooth graphics high frame rate (not ultra) even when the phone has 120fps.
Snapdragon is way better than Exynos even when compared to 2 years ahead gen of Exynos
Right now Samsung is at the top in Smartphone brands. But it will become unstoppable when they start putting Snapdragon chipset in all of its phones.
