The 730G chipset may be slightly better than the vanilla 730 but honestly, depending on the price compared to other samsung mid range phones...
This phone might be the one you should be considering unless you want to spend extra to get the Galaxy S20 FE.
But then the 7000mAh battery most likely guarantees that this phone will last the full day without having to charge it, probably for a while actually (even with your battery health/capacity factored in).

In this price seggment this not good because in this price you get good processor like oneplus nord is the killer in this segment because it is 5g and no another smart phone is 5g

Regarding heating of m31 this was because exynos processor heating a lot while snapdragon designed for games so not heating issue at any snapdragon devices

1) not heating
2) no lagging
3) good battery backup and reverse charging

I have used samsung M51 Black 6GB/128 network problem, with slowly internet connection any other phone tested Samsung speed test on but this phone fully M sires network issue with battery only 1 day backup plz don't get the patches m Samsung phone.
