it start rebooting automatically and and sometime shutdown and didn't start by power button, but to press power and volume button together to start back, and also overheat that burn hand, it try updating, factory rest and safe mode but didn't work.
anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it

The M51 has a less powerful chipset then the m62 but that also means it's slightly more efficient with battery life. The M52 is the most powerful of the 3 but has less battery life due to the smaller 5000mah battery compared to the 7000mah in the M51 and M62 plus it doesn't have an AUX jack for an audio output. The m62 has roughly 50% higher performance then the m51 but drains the 7000mah battery a little quicker but it's still got amazing battery life.

Well I have no complain about the battery backup of this phone. The main problem is the network support, call frequency. This phone lose network in the low coverage area where other mobile can support call connectivity in the low coverage area. Recently I went to Sajek and My mending and my mobile could not reach network. I use Robi and Grameen phone in M62 but unfortunately I didn't get minimum call and internet support through this phone. I have asked Samsung customer care and they have advised me to reset network. I think I have reset more then 50 times and the issue was same. Later I have changed sim card and found same issue. At same place my wife was using Robi and Teletalk with Realme X2 phone and she was able receive call as well as browse internet. I think samsung should improve this issue. If your phone has connectivity issue then other good options will be useless. I am not satisfied with M62 due to connectivity issue. Somtime I feel like carrying a heavy toy in my pocket.
