I was using Samsung Galaxy Mega 1st Generation (G... moreBros, you just bought a lemon model, this Mega 2 is really a disaster among Samsung model, i almost bought one to replace my Mega 6.3, but after traying out the phone in 2 different shop, i change my mind, both unit seem like having problem,knowing Samsung, they will ignore the problem & pretend they never launch the phone, if i were you i'll just sell it off & buy another phone, consider Note3 though a bit old but seldom give problem.

Mega 2 is better in every specs and most suitable for surfing and medium gaming.

If problems still occur, then you should take it to a Service Centre for warranty, and they will help you out.
Don't worry as sometimes unfortunate user will experience this issue and why warranty are given.

Dear all. I was using Samsung Galaxy Mega 1st Generation (GT-I9205) bought with SME Original Malaysia Set. Everything was perfect until one day my phone felt on the road and the screen crack. While looking the current situation (Mega 1 discontinued), i had decided to buy Mega 2 SME Original Malaysia Set as the replacement.
Unfortunately, i was sooooo regretted to buy this mega 2. Comparing with my last Mega 1, this mega 2 has 1001 problems occurred everyday like most of my apps suddenly crash, camera not funtioning very well, always hang and most of the time i need to pull out my battery to get my phone run as normal. I kept waiting for next update but still no news.
My mega 1 was perfect, no problem as i've experienced with this mega 2. I just want bigger phablet screen, thats why in the first place i bought this mega 2. Apologized for my english here. i hope samsung will quickly come out with the latest update to fix all these problems occur to this mega 2.

Yes for about 2 weeks now but I just take the battery out and it works again. This morning it won't even power on that is what I am dealing with now.

Is anyone having issues with the Mega 2 camera failing? I'm on my 4th mega 2 n 12 weeks and it's camera has now failed. So I'll b getn a 5th mega 2 n 12 weeks. And att won't replace it with any othr phone but mega 2. I'm on next plan 30 months. Having even made the 3rd payment on plan yet and I'm on my 5th device do to camera failing

saif, 12 Jan 2015brother..is it a good phone for selfie..i do no play games ... moreyes d battery will last but depends on how long u usin d camera.... if u keep usin d phone continously... for eg playin fifa 14 my battery went down by on 7% in an hr....

Excellent phone, highly recommended. Very good screen, large size for viewing videos e.g. lectures and films. It is also very quick.

This is better than Galaxy E7. The latter has no speciality except 13mp primary camera. Screen of mega 2 is better. Screen of note 3 neo is even better than E7.

I've had this phone for 2 days but it's going back because the salesperson lied to me and said it was a 13 megapixel camera but found out on my own it's only an 8! Pictures not as good as the 13 that was on my Galaxy S4!
