for the charging problem when taken to service , they say is a fake and cant fix it , the problems started after less the 6 months , Don't buy it !

I have to take a... moreDon't know how long ago you wrote this but I have had the exact same problem with the original Mega and the Mega 2. I have to do the same thing to turn it back on.. This is the second Mega 2. I sent it back once and they replaced it. But my second one does the same thing. I can upgrade in July 2017 and it won't be a Mega.

My mega 2 just shuts down without warning. I have to take apart the case, pry open the phone, take the battery out and start over. Very annoying to keep doing this. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have been using this Mega 2 since December 2014. More like three years!
So far this phablet (Phone Tablet) has been my life companion! Nearly perfect camera, nearly big screen size, nearly powerful GPU and CPU and nearly long lasting battery life.
At first it was big for me because I have never got used into big phones, you know?\
But as time progresses, I got used to and now it's getting normal for me.
Just fell once without a protective case. I am currently using flip case and it's still rocking.
The camera was nearly perfect, as it can take brighter and clearer and sharper pictures.
Won't hesitate into changing into another phone.

So far so good..just recently i buy this hp coz it was big n satisfied to buy this samsung galaxy mega 2...if lets says this hp are big n also make me a 2nd owner for this hp...i feel very very happy love it n the most i like about this hp featuresare....

my phone doesn't switch off, when you switch off it turn on itself untill you remove the baterry.
