Seco... moreBy "discontinued" I think it means that they stopped producing the phone,but from what I know in many countries it still sells,including mine.About the upgrade,I asked Samsung about it on the Samsung facebook page and they said that there WILL be an upgrade...but they didn't mention when unfortunately.

Response from a trusted individual:
"Of course there will be update, there are no incompatibilities with Galaxy Mini 2. Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A SoC is fully supported on Jelly Bean."
So there WILL be Jelly Bean. Have a nice day...

Okay. First of all, is this phone really discontinued? Secondly, will it be upgraded to jelly bean? Others said it will not be upgradable due to compatibility and bug tracking and others said the upgrade WILL be continued THIS April. Who should i believe? Samsung is unorganized.

Look... If SamMobile says it will be released, then IT WILL be released! Stop trolling, it's not funny anymore. Mail from Support? Like they would tell anyone the exact release date. Compatibility issues? CM10 works like a charm, so it's not a viable answer...

luna, 31 Mar 2013when we get jelly bean ,any body knowsTheWhisp of XDA Developers (developer of CM10 mod for Mini 2) says Samsung usually releases updates on Monday or Tuesday - so if not tomorrow, we might get it next week. According to him, Jelly Bean is probably finished, but it's currently under heavy testing and bug-tracking.
