Maggi, 29 Jul 2022Received july security update today. Samsung have doing a reasonably good job with the monthly updates. For me they're definitely easier to download and install than my iOS ones.

It will solve any problems your having now and you will receive security updates which us important for any phone. There's a reason for updates which come with fixes. Otherwise you will continue to have problems on your phone.

Attention!
Hi. Does your note 10 plus have/had swiping on its own sometimes when using it? Anyone knows how to fix this? I turned on the touch sensitivity but nothing happens. Please help. It's still android 11 because i'm scared to update. This phone also has not been dropped yet or what.

Ahmed, 19 Jul 2022⚠️⚠️ Attention please I need help I want to buy a phone... moreI carry the Note 10 Plus and iPhone 11 Pro Max daily. I also use only my Apple Watch 6 daily. Despite carrying 2 Apple devices everywhere I still prefer my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. If your other option is the iPhone 11 then DEFINITELY get the Note 10 Plus 🙂. The only downside is that its had its last Android OS update and will only get security patches henceforth(which is fine with ME)

Just got one of these used, very rare on the second hand markets here in the UK. Coming from a Note 9 that was showing it’s age despite being the most ergonomically and feature rich perfect phone I never ever owned. Here with the 10+, I have to concur with the reviewer in that the power button being on the left and right below the down volume button is a nightmare. My other phone is an iPhone 12 Mini and I struggle to get used to not having the power button on the right. Likewise, the Note 9’s rear fingerprint reader was perfectly positioned and worked every time, as does face unlock on the iPhone. With the 10+, the front screen embedded fingerprint reader is not in a naturally intuitive position and requires much pressure and multiple attempts to unlock the phone. “It just doesn’t work.” It’s too early to say what I think of the other features, such as a camera, but I have a 256 GB 12 GB RAM version with 2 sim slots, and it does seem quite fast although I have had Google Maps go sluggish and blank out on me a few times.
I’ll report back after a few more days or weeks of use. Oh, I hate the pin hole and lack of notification LED although the always on display does try to makeup for the latter. Wish Samsung had retained the Note 9 design and simply put faster hardware in it!
