And users Exynos models on this forum are the same? You don't know and like I said both have thier good points. I've not one problem on this model. So no snapdragon isn't better for me using Exynos. I dont need to lgo on youtube as i get my information by using my Phone. Enjoy using your phone . I respect your opinion. Plz respect mine. Stay safe.

It's easy to check and get the informations. No need for me to copy/paste them here. Differences are clearly seen in : battery, picture/video quality, thermal testing, trothling in gaming etc. And after all the testing Qualcomm versions always better than the exynos versions on any model, not only on note 10 +. I own a note 10 + 4g only. Not speaking about the 5g version because I don't have it. I suppose that version is good too! So enjoy your note as much as you can! Stay safe.

I've own both snapdragon and Exynos and both have thier good points. Im using Exynos model and I've had no problems with battery or performance on my note 10 plus 5g It has surpassed my expectations. Its running smooth and still great nearly two yrs on. I have to say when I used snapdragon it had heating problems. Burnout in displays etc. I have tablets running on snapdragon and had to have one screen replaced because of burnout. But the others are fine. Its how we use our phones that will depend on how it performs in terms of battery etc and making sure apps are updated and rebooting once a week is good for battery. By doing this the battery will be fine. To anyone else just enjoy this phone and if looked after it will last until ready for an upgrade.

Just must be carefull to buy from trusted seller! It's easy. So I truly appreciate this phone, and I'm a Sony fan! But this one is way too good : not overheating, great camera, great battery, SD storage, s-pen, 20gb ram {with 12 +8 virtual ones}. Belive me I don't easily recomand a phone but this one really deserve it! I had Xperia 1 mark 3 and after 2 days I returned it because of the cooking 🍳 processor sd888! So choose carefully! Stay safe, cheers.

Now on android 12, 4.1 ui it's just so perfect belive me, no overheating problems, stelar battery endurance, great display, great performance, great cameras and now 12gb ram + 8gb virtual ram= 20gb ram! + a 512gb sd card! It's a dream phone! I won't change it for years! I recomand it to all who want a dependable device!

Meddy, 04 Jun 2022Thanks for feedback i will try that and seeYou can also try using different network sim apart from the one you use and you might get the update doing that. I'm on vodfone and 02. My phones are aim free. I get update on vodafone quicker than 02.

I've never had update problems and so have never memorized the steps. If you're careless you could end up bricking your phone. I'm assuming you've already tried using Smart Switch.
