Go to Android pattern lock
After trying several times, you will get message to try after 30 seconds
There you will see the option “Backup PIN”, click on it
Here enter backup PIN and the OK
At last, entering the backup PIN can unlock your device.

Yes. its better to keep your phone updated to the latest firmware with latest security updates for it to run smoothly. I just updated to 3.1 yesterday with 1st April security. .No problems at all after update. Performance wise, it's running smoothly. Battery is good. No complaints. Hope this helps:)

Hey Gnote 10+ user's i just brought gnote 10+ in 2021 and this phone is a beast in anyway
I'm here for some guidance and help from u guys. My note10+ comes with Android 9 and i receive some little 400mb 2 updates so i downloaded and installed but now i received android 10 update with OneUi 2.0
Pls guide me should i update or not and also pls tell me how many updates should i get on note 10+ till now and how many should i download and install on my phone till now

Anyone received 3.1 update for note 10 plus? No updates so far. I got the update on s10 plus weeks ago. Usually my note 10 plus gets it week or so later. Strange it's taking so long.....?

I can't comment on note 20 as I don't own it. Just compare the two at top of forum and decide which suits your needs in a phone.
