My note 10+ is draining battery faster post update to One ui 3.0 and android 11 along with heating issues at backside of keys. Plus wipe cache portion trick of switching off completely and then holding volume up key and switch on key simultaneously is not working. tried repeatedly. Please help id any other input. customer care says to visit service station who will definitely inform to take backup and do a hard reset.

The interface got big changes it's really good
Samsung daily remains as it is! On YouTube it's replaced with samsung free.
The battery performance the same as one ui 2.5

Namelesss, 09 Jan 2021Note10+ or S20+? Note 10 + of course. More Ram more internal memory plus functionality with the stylus. The high refresh rate don't bother me and when you use the 120Hz you have to drop the resolution to 1080p. I have this phone over a year now and no regrets. If the latest is of more value to you best you wait on the Note 21 Ultra

Anonymous, 08 Jan 2021Yes, its still a very great phoneno its not! ear speaker is placed an inch below its place, and the body vibrates when on audio or calling, outdoor not clear enough to hear other end.
Battery life is not so good, too heavy feeling in the hand.

Anyone having problems with fingerprint on note 10 plus? I'm having problems with it reading my prints. Its only happened this past week. I have done everything possible to solve this. I think I will remove screen protector to see if thats causing the problem.
